Payments
Getting paid, refunds and payouts.
Go to Billing and open "Get paid by clients" to set up Stripe Connect. You'll complete a short Stripe onboarding, and once it's active you'll see a "Stripe Connect active" badge and can take card payments on your booking page.
Members pay by card through Stripe Checkout when they buy a package or a shop product on your booking page. You can also record in-person payments — assigning a package from a client's card counts as a cash sale and grants the sessions immediately.
Payments are taken in euros (EUR) by card, using the card types supported by Stripe Checkout.
Any fee that applies to a purchase is shown at checkout before the payment is completed.
You can refund a product purchase, in full or in part, from Shop → Sales. For a booking, cancelling within the cancellation window returns the member's session to their package rather than issuing a cash refund.
Payouts follow Stripe's own schedule for your connected account. You can review and manage them any time in your Stripe dashboard.
