These Terms of Service govern your use of ExeltIQ, a service provided by Exeltive Group Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE418565), with its registered office at Agiou Nikolaou, 41-49 Nimeli Court, Block C, 2408 Egkomi, Nicosia, Cyprus ("Exeltive", "we", "us"). By accessing and using ExeltIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ExeltIQ provides a comprehensive business management platform including client management, scheduling, analytics, and automation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be disabled and your data may be deleted after a retention period of 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Exeltive Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
